Christmas Tree Cake Pop- Rosie's Dessert Spot

In this tutorial I demonstrate how to create these pretty one serve Christmas tree cakes using a 104 tip and some white chocolate ganache. For more dessert inspiration and for tutorial sneak peeks, visit: Vanilla Cake Recipe: 160 grams butter 1 cups sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 4 eggs 4 tablespoons sour cream 1/4 cup buttermilk 1 and 1/4 cups of self raising flour 1/4 tsp baking powder pinch salt Ganache recipe: 150 grams white chocolate buttons (I used Nestle melts) 50 grams heavy cream / whipping cream The above recipe makes 1x 6 inch cake. I put the batter into 14 cupcake tins and used 12 cupcakes to make these cake pops. You can make 3 individual tree's with 12 crumbed cupcakes, measuring at about 90 grams each before decoration. The gold dust I used is Gold Diamond, which is 100% edible. The brand is Creative Cake Decorating. My first Christmas tutorial for this year!
